ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – On Sunday, the inaugural Orleans-Monroe Bridal Show welcomed newly engaged couples eager to kickstart their wedding planning journey.
Dubbed as a wedding extravaganza, the event featured 21 local vendors, including florists, bakeries, photographers, and more, providing couples with everything they need for their big day.
“It gives small businesses an opportunity to showcase their services and helps foster connections within the community,” said Renee Hemby, owner of Forever Floral and host of the event. “It’s about bringing people closer together through events that involve everyone.”
Hemby expressed her intention to make the bridal show an annual event, hoping to connect even more couples with local vendors in the future. The show was held at 4400 Sweden Walker Road in Brockport from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
